...Sharing for Your Opportunity of Shelter with another...Share
Have you ever wanted to share and you simply cannot find a cause or a means to...
...Well ,here's your chance!...
We are campaigning to provide housing costing Kshs. 200,000.00 per unit for our fellow Kenyan
Brothers and Sisters who are Internally Displaced Persons (IDP's) in Mai Mahiu.
With assistance from the Rotaract Clubs, Habitat for Humanity and with your support
We strongly believe that we have the opportunity to provide this basic need - Shelter.
Share for Your Opportunity of Shelter with another. There are 165 houses remaining on phase 2 in Mai Mahiu. We are starting with one and taking it to a whole new level. The IDPs have been living in tents and this cannot go on any more 2 years down the line.
A brick is 200/- but any amounts are acceptable.
You see for every:
1 Individual - kshs.200,000/-
10 people - kshs.20,000/- each
100 people - kshs.2,000/- each
1,000 people - Kshs.200/- each
10,000 people - Kshs.20 each
Donations for the building materials are also welcome as detailed on the attached sheet.
The following numbers can be used:- ZAP,MPESA and Account No.: -
M-PESA Business No. 506600
ZAP Business No. 0731 107717
Account No. 0736125919 Barclays Westland’s Branch
Also note that, you can make out a cheque and drop it at their offices or call to collect it.
The Youth are standing up to make a change in this country. Since the youth were mostly to blame for the post election violence in 2008. They are now arising to stand up for peace and reconciliation in this country. We are doing what we can with what we have. All we are asking is to be heard and to be given a helping hand.
We have pictures and testimonials of those who have visited and taken part. We intend to raise this 1st Kshs.200,000/- for the 1st house and go build - dig the trenches, fetch the water, carry the bricks all that entails building in support of this project.
We know we shall surpass the target but every journey begins with one step.
Please see pictures on our profiles and a detailed breakdown of the project is also enclosed on email.
Thank you.
